Join Jennifer for a free adult yoga class at the Booker T. Washington
Beacon every Monday and Wednesday night from 6:30 - 7:30. This class
combines a moderately paced vinyasa flow with deep restorative poses
and is perfect for beginning to intermediate students. Start or
continue your yoga journey in a warm, welcoming environment full of
parents, teachers and community members who are eager to encourage and
support one another.
No Experience Necessary
All Students are Welcome!

Little Flower Yoga and Barefoot Books for an engaging journey into
literature. We will bend, stretch, sing, laugh and READ, allowing your
children to experience storytime like they never have before. Kids
of all ages love bringing favorite characters to life with yoga poses,
while learning to look at books in a new and exciting way. This
special event invites children to expand their imaginations and connect
with their tremendous capacity for joy.

The Link Education Expo is a great place for principals, parents, educators, guidance counselors and education leaders to find K-12 education opportunities for children.
 We
had a great time at the last Linked Expo this Fall sharing yoga with
old and new friends. Bring your children to enjoy activities throughout
